About Us

J's BBQ was established in 2014. J's BBQ is the parent company of The PIT Stop, and The SAUCE Hub, holding a high complexity operators license. Our brand is commercialized in the marketplace, in which we work with 2 Wisconsin-based co-manufacturers, and one co-manufacturer outside of Wisconsin.
